OPS_22-001. Sigmund Frank (center) poses with employees and the crowd in front of the Meier & Frank store during the June, 1894 flood. It was located at 185 First, between Yamhill & Taylor and between First and Second. The Second street and Taylor entrances were several feet above the water line, the First street side was under about 3 feet of water as this photo shows.
