Celilo Railroad Bridge

CS00962-05. The Oregon Trunk railway bridge at Celilo after painting and rennovation in 1957. The bridge was raised to accomodate the backwater from The Dalles dam. The vertical lift section was added, formerly ships would use the swing-span through the Celilo Canal, visible on the right. The work was finished in June, 1957.
