0805-B01. 16th St. Trolley, Portland. Portland Railway Company's streetcar 317 is shown heading north on NW 19th Avenue. Known as the Portland Railway Co. 'Standards', No. 317 and sister cars were all designed and built in the Portland Railway's own shops at 23rd & West Burnside.
