The original Cannon Beach cannon

The original Cannon Beach Cannon at Cannon View Park in front of the Austin House, in Arch Cape. Photo taken before 1945, when the park was redeveloped into cottages and the Cannon was moved to Cannon Beach. Because of vandalism and theft, the Cannon was put in a museum in 1989. Many of the parts shown in this picture are now lost.
