Y-530316B-04. Catlin House offices. Exterior. "On terrace with view of Mt. Hood at 2105 SW 5th avenue (at SW Lincoln), Adam Catlin home was built in 1893. In 1948 it was converted into offices for real estate, advertising and photographer tenants. Jigsaw work was left on exterior when offices were planned. Outside is painted black."
